We Support the Development of Point Breeze Avenue
We the undersigned are residents of Point Breeze and we support the proposed commercial property/apartments at 1242-1248 Point Breeze Ave./2038 Titan St. and the proposed coffee shop at 2001 Federal St.
Point Breeze Avenue was once a thriving business district where we could conveniently shop for our families' needs while supporting businesses within our community. These proposed developments are a small but necessary step towards revitalizing our neighborhood's commercial corridor.
We believe these proposed new developments will not substantially increase congestion in the public streets.
We believe these proposed new developments will not increase the danger of fire or otherwise endanger the public safety.
We believe these proposed new developments will not overcrowd the land or create an undue concentration of population.
We believe these proposed new developments will not impair an adequate supply of light and air to adjacent property.
We believe these proposed new developments will not adversely affect transportation or unduly burden water, sewer, school, park, or other public facilities.
We believe these proposed new developments will not adversely affect the public health, safety, or general welfare of our community.
